Your letter
Dear Sample Participant,
Thank you for the care you gave this assessment. You answered it fully, and in places you answered it against your own interest, which is the harder thing to do.
The first thing I notice is capability that is already in place. Your resilience and your sense of purpose sit well above your cohort.
The second thing I notice is the cost. Your sleep, your self compassion and your physical health are the three lowest readings in your profile. You have been delivering at a high standard by absorbing the strain privately and by keeping your own claims small. That method works. It also has a ceiling, and you are close to it.
The third thing I notice is what you wrote in your own words. You described rehearsing conversations long before they happen and long after they end.
With warm regards,
Dr Niru Kumar

Module 3
Equitable Selection
Where did you notice a shortcut in your own judgement this fortnight?
Latest

I caught myself describing a candidate as "not quite ready" and I could not say what ready would have looked like. When I went back through the notes, the two people I had called ready had both worked with me before. That is not a readiness signal, it is a familiarity one.

Inclusive Meetings
What happened when you changed who spoke first?

Asking the quietest person first felt artificial for about two weeks and then it stopped feeling like anything. What surprised me was how much it changed what the loud people said. The meetings got shorter.

Inclusive Meetings
Whose contribution did you most recently attribute incorrectly?

Someone on my team raised the staffing risk three weeks before it was escalated, and it went into the minutes under a different name. I have started writing names against ideas in my own notes during the meeting.
