Your details, and what we do with them.

When you start a conversation with us on these pages, Ask Insights collects your name, work email, organisation and role, the journey you are interested in, how many people and when, whether you have worked with us before, and whether you would like a walkthrough.

If you answer the three optional questions, we keep your answers too. You can answer them without giving any details about yourself.

What we use them for

We use these details only to reply to you about Ask Insights Digital and to improve these pages. We do not sell or share them with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

Where they are kept, and for how long

They are stored in India, in a database used for nothing else, and a copy is emailed to the Ask Insights team who will reply to you. They are kept for twelve months, then deleted.

Your details and answers are also added to Zoho Bigin, the system the Ask Insights team uses to follow up with you. Ask us and we will delete them there too.

If you try the demo yourself

When you ask to try the demo, we keep the same details with your demo link as well, so that the link works and we can see when it is opened. That record is kept in Singapore, where the Ask Insights platform's data is stored, and deleted twelve months after the link was made. The demo itself runs on a fictional company, and nothing you do in it is saved.

How they are protected

Your details travel to us over an encrypted connection. The database that holds conversation requests accepts a new one from these pages but cannot be read through them: only the Ask Insights team can open it.

Analytics

This site uses analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you. It records which page was opened and, if you arrived through one of our QR codes or links, which one.

Seeing or deleting your details

To see or delete your details, write to digital@askinsights.com.
